During its first visit to Peru, Placebo, the UK band founded in London in 1994, will perform in Lima on Apr. 20 at the Monumental in Stadium Esplanade, featuring its latest production “Battle for the Sun,” edited in 2009.In addition, Moby, who reached stardom due to the good comments and sales generated by their album “Play”, will perform in Lima the following week, presenting his production "Wait for me" (2009) on Apr. 28, in a venue yet to be confirmed.
The UB40 concert, who had initually been scheduled for Jan. 28, has been postponed to Feb. 6, according to Scorpius Producciones, the organizers in Lima; the concert will take place at the Jockey Club del Perú. According to Scorpius Producciones, all the tickets bought for Jan. 28 will be valid for February, and if the customer can't attend on that date he will get a full refund.
